ABOUT
Alice (she/her) is a registered psychologist who takes a holistic, practical and client centred approach to therapy. Alice's priority is to create a therapeutic space that is built on trust and empathy, where clients feel they can express themselves authentically without judgement.
Alice has expertise treating a range of mental health concerns including eating disorders and body image concerns, OCD, anxiety and mood disorders and Disorders of Gut-Brain Interaction such as IBS, functional abdominal pain and functional nausea. Alice also works with clients who are experiencing relationship difficulties, stress, grief, perfectionism, motivation and self esteem issues.
Alice's client group includes individuals aged 18 and over, and her practice is gender and sexuality inclusive.

EATING DISORDERS
Eating disorders are complex and serious mental health concerns that involve biological, psychological and sociological factors.
Recovery from eating disorders is more likely when evidence based techniques are utilised by experienced practitioners.

Early intervention increases the likelihood of recovery so if you are experiencing an eating disorder, disordered eating or body image concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to your GP or mental health professional.

There are many factors that can contribute to poor mental health in our fast paced world and experiencing periods of anxiety, stress and depression are increasingly common.
Alice believes that meaningful change comes from the many small steps that we take each day to enhance our wellbeing and create a fulfilling life and she strives to help clients to achieve personal growth and positive change.

FEES
A 50 minute session is $240 per session.
​
You may be eligible to obtain a mental health care plan from your GP. If so you can receive a rebate of $93.35 for up to 10 sessions in the calendar year on a standard mental health care plan. If you have private health insurance with "extras" that include psychology you may also be able to receive a rebate.
